Customs and Import Tax

Please, be aware that there might be added taxes and customs fees collected on delivery in any country outside of UK. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay them.

 Shipping Worldwide

UK orders are sent via the Royal Mail tracked service.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if your item gets lost or damaged during transit, please contact me via the contact page under 'info' and I will be more than willing to find a solution and/or to refund if necessary.  
You can ask for a return up to 14 days after you have received the goods. In order to obtain a refund, the goods must first be returned to the seller (except in case of lost parcel).
Please note that the shipping cost is not refunded and that the refund will include the price of the item(s) only.
The return's shipping price will be the sole charge of the customer as well.
